Now that Cady McClain is free from As The World Turns, she's free to reprise her role as Dixie Martin! She'll be back on May 2, 2008!!!

Dixie died from poisoned pancakes in 2007 which shocked all the loyal fans of Tad and Dixie's and the actress herself! So she could be returning as an angel this time. Dixie will play a part in reuniting Tad with their daughter, Kate.

I'm a huge Tad and Dixie fan, so this is wonderful news, however, since dying isn't always permanent, couldn't we hope that Dixie isn't just angelic after all?
