STUCK IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR SHAME AND FEAR…

Kendall thinks back to her nightmare and sits upright with a gasp. Ryan holds her and asks, "Hey, what is it?" Kendall trembles at the sound of thunder and tells Ryan it was about Michael-he showed her that she was a fool, and made her realize the only person she outsmarted was herself, "And he loved all the fear and shame and disgust!" She shrinks from Ryan's touch, and he realizes Michael didn't do it alone, "I was there with him, smack in the middle of your shame and fear, yours truly." Kendall agrees he was there. Ryan sighs her psyche really has it out for them, and asks if she wants him to hand her her clothes now, or is she going to have a cup of coffee before she bails on him? Kendall insists she's not going anywhere, calling it trial day jitters. Ryan jokes that she's clocked more court time than the crew of "The Practice", and Kendall sighs it's like her vacation home; she should hang curtains, if she doesn't hang first! Ryan tells her to shake it off-it was just a bad dream! Kendall wishes she could just wake up and have the whole trial washed away with the sunrise; Ryan would give her that right now if he could. When she goes to the courthouse, he wants her to sit down and just zone out like she's not even there-go someplace safe and warm and happy. Kendall says the last three hours she's been here with him is the most peace she's felt in a long time. Ryan agrees, "Then here it is. Judge, jury and lawyers be damned because you're going to be here and in my heart." Kendall agrees she'll memorize every bit of it, and they share a kiss.

HE SEEMS TO BE MAKING THE ROUNDS…

Erica insists she's fine, but Jack urges her to talk to him. When she admits it was a horrible dream, he asks if Michael Cambias was in it? Surprised, she asks how he knows? "He seems to be making the rounds," Jack sighs. Erica says it just makes her ache! Why isn't he the one rotting in prison for his crimes? Instead, Kendall's going to have to pay and they'll all have to pay for what he did to Bianca, "And what we all did to him." Jack kisses her, and Eric chides she won't be able to get dressed for court. Jack admits his motives weren't entirely seductive, as he doesn't want her going near that courtroom until she has to. Erica sighs that would be this morning, because everyone in that courtroom is someone she loves and will all be affected by what goes on there. Jack cautions this is only the first step of a long, ugly marathon, and suggests she wait out the jury selection and save her energy for the trial. Erica reflects that she never should have gone near Michael Cambias' place the night after the court dismissed the rape charges against him. Jack feels he owns the guilt for setting Michael free, and always will. Erica knows things would have been different if they had gotten married as they planned, if only… Jack wants her to forget about the if onlys, and move on.

I HAVE TO FIND IT!

Bianca is baking when she suddenly recalls flashes of her dream, where she frantically ran through doors insisting that she had to find it! Her baking pan falls to the floor with a clatter; Lena hurries to her side, and Maggie asks what happened? She thought baking calmed her down, not made her comatose! Bianca tells them, "I can save my sister-I can save Kendall!" Lena knows she's frightened, but it isn't up to her to save Kendall. Bianca insists it is, if she can prove that Kendall's not the one that killed Michael! Lena wonders if she has some sort of new evidence, and Maggie is confused-she thought this was just anxiety baking for Kendall! Bianca agrees it was, but it cleared her head enough for her to have this flash of last night's dream. When she asks if she believes in dreams, Lena sighs that her dreams stay with her whether she wants them to or not. Bianca questions if it's too many nachos the night before, or does she think dreams have a message? Lena asks if Michael was in her dream? Bianca thinks so although it's not totally clear, but he wasn't the important part; she was looking for something. Maggie calls it classic, and asks if she found it? Bianca explains that's the problem-she has no clue what it is! It's just something out there that she has to find, and this is not like any other dream she's ever had, but she has to find it because she's positive whatever this is, it can help prove that Kendall is not guilty. Maggie thinks it's like her mind blocked it out, but her subconscious is trying to make her pay attention. Lena asks if it's not something she saw, but something she realized was missing?
