David reassures Bianca that her baby is fine and she's just staying overnight in the hospital as a precaution. Bianca is relieved, but wonders if she can be a mother if she wants her mommy? David smiles that the two aren't mutually exclusive, but Bianca asks what's keeping her mother? David shrugs that she was a little stressed out when he spoke to her earlier, and maybe Erica wanted to talk further with the doctor.
Kendall is greatly relieved when Jack tells her that Bianca and her child caught a well-deserved break. When she asks if she can see her sister, Erica says the doctors would prefer that she get some rest, which is why she's going back to her office. She asks Jack to keep her updated, and adds that she's sure Kendall has many things to take care of, but Kendall tells her mother they have to finish what Greenlee started. She pleads with Erica not to leave, but Ms. Kane wonders if they haven't had enough scenes for this week? Kendall needs her here, and promises no scenes. Erica asks if she's sure she wants to do this here and now? Kendall is, saying it's already been so long, and they haven't had a chance to talk since… Erica knows she means since that day she thought she was Michael Cambias and came after her with a scissors. Surprised she remembers, Kendall insists she wasn't herself. Erica thinks maybe she was, at least the part of her that wants to rid their lives of Michael Cambias forever, "But it was never about you." When Kendall says they have so much more to talk about, Erica asks if she means now that she no longer has to cover up for her not-so-delicate condition? Kendall insists they never meant for it to come out that way, and Erica wonders how they did mean for it to come out? She knows Kendall, Bianca, David and Jack were involved, but the bulk of it fell on Kendall's shoulders. Bianca needed her, and she did a very brave, very out-there thing for her sister, and thank God Bianca had someone to confide in, but the shame is that they didn't feel they could confide in her. Kendall says they wanted to spare her, and it wasn't them against her, but them against the world. Erica understands that she would do anything for her sister, and Kendall agrees she would, for her family, no matter what. Erica is sure Bianca appreciates that and, as Kendall and Jack have everything under control here, she will go and see if she can get Enchantment back in hand. She leaves, despite Kendall asking her not to go.
Kendall and Jack go in to see Bianca, and listen to the fetal monitor as David tells them the test results all look good-she's doing great! He says she does need her rest, so the family shouldn't stay long, and he'll check in on her later. Jack thanks him, and Bianca asks where's her mom? Did she black out again? If not, why isn't she in here? Jack says her OB said no stress, and Bianca realizes she doesn't want to see her. Kendall makes a joke to distract her, but Bianca insists she's fine, and she doesn't have to try so hard. Jack thinks Erica just needs some time, but Bianca frets that she's completely shut down, and it scares her when her mom gets like this. Kendall is upset that Bianca is stuck in this hospital with all these tubes and wires, and her loving mother won't even come to visit her. She apologizes, and Jack says they all knew keeping this secret from Erica would hurt her. She's shut them out right now, but they have to face it, they all shut her out first. Bianca laughs that her big sis is bossy when she insists that she rest, but thanks her for all her Big Sisterness, in all its crazy forms. She asks about Ryan, "Did he come back to you? Because it was so obvious that he wanted to!" Kendall says it's all good, and she'll be fine. She leaves Bianca in Jack's capable hands, and leaves the hospital.
