As the chopper gets louder, Babe is in full labor, desperately trying to sing about bottles of beer on the wall, down to 82 when Paul comes through the door calling her name. She gasps that the baby's coming, and he's got to help! Bianca stirs as Paul tells Babe she's got to push one more time-she can do this! She gives a mighty push, and Paul exclaims, "Here it comes!" She sobs with relief a moment later when he tells her, "He's here-your boy's here!"
Tad looks on helplessly as JR calls his wife's name again and again. When he says he knows how hard this is, JR insists, "Don't!" Tad protests that he just wants to help, but JR tells him he thinks this is just like his mom, a pregnant woman not in the car-he's thinking the worst, and he's already given up! Tad insists he hasn't and won't; all he wants is to see Babe run into his arms, laughing because they were all so scared. JR declares that she will! She's not going to die like his mom did, and she's going to come back to him, "They're both going to show up-they have to!"
Babe asks if her baby is okay? She sobs with joy at the sound of her son's cries.
Krystal tells Erica there's no one stronger than their girls! When Babe puts her mind to it, she could make the world spin backwards if she had to, and Bianca's the same way. Any minute now they're going to come through that door wanting something to eat! As voice trails off with the thought that she must be hungry, Erica looks at the picture in Bianca's wallet, the two of them together smiling and happy, and whispers, "My baby."
Paul smiles as he presents Babe with her son, "Your baby boy, Mom!" Babe cries as she holds her son and pronounces him the most beautiful baby in all the world, "Just wait 'til your daddy sees you!"
Krystal jumps for the phone when it rings, and David recognizes her voice after apparently having hit "Redial". Krystal asks him to tell her he's calling because he found their girls. David says no, they haven't found them yet, but he's got a feeling they're on their trail.
Paul checks Bianca out and says she's lost a lot of blood-how long has she been unconscious? Babe says since she got back-she's in bad shape, and he's got to help her out! Paul tells Babe to hang tight and keep her baby warm. He's going out to the chopper to give the hospital a heads up so they can have some incubators ready. He assures her nothing is wrong, but they'll need the incubators to transport the babies. Babe thanks him for coming, and taking such good care of them, and Paul smiles before going out. Once outside, he recalls his sister saying she can trust him and he'll help her! He protested that he didn't know how, but Kelly had said he works at a hospital and is around babies all the time. When he asked if she just wanted him to take one, Kelly said of course not, she couldn't ask him to do that. He asked what they were talking about here? Kelly didn't know, but he had to help her-he's the only one she can count on now, "You have to help me get a child-please!" We see Bianca holding her baby in her arms as she sleeps, and Babe gently kissing her own newborn, as Paul thinks for a moment before calling his sister, "Good news, Kelly-I got a baby for you!"
