HAPPY…
Babe tells J.R. she put Little A down for his nap; Winifred is with him, and Bruno is standing guard. J.R. asks what’s in the canvas tote she’s carrying, and she calls it a surprise, but he only gets it when he gives her one. J.R. offers a kiss, but Babe wants an apology for being obnoxious when he woke up this morning. He asks, if he apologizes, what does he get in return? Babe teases that he’s a dirty little creep—the last time he apologized, they wound up having sex! He jokes that’s a great way to say “apology accepted”. He turns serious and says he is so sorry before making her laugh by standing up and shouting it out to the world, over and over again, that he’s sorry! He writes it in the sand, and Babe accepts his apology. He notes she brought her own sleeping bag, but it turns out to be a tent she wants him to put together to keep the sun off of them.
The tent is put together, and J.R. asks if she feels protected? Babe does, and something more than that, “Don’t you?” They kiss, and share a good laugh when the tent falls down on top of them! They kiss again, and J.R. says they might not be able to get the tent up, but… Babe laughs, and says this is how she remembers them, before they came to Pine Valley, before all the complications. Happy… Is he happy? J.R. says yes, very happy, and they kiss again. Babe pulls back and tells him, “Marry me, J.R.”

Tad thinks of Erica first telling him there was a feeling she couldn’t shake about Greg Madden, that there’s some weird connection to her past. He recalls asking Greg about the dossier he had on the Martin family, Erica telling him that Greg Madden terminated her pregnancy, and Greg declaring it was time he told her a few things about his son. His eyes widen as he exclaims, “No! No way!” Saying that’s impossible, he hurries out.
Erica returns to her office to find the network executive, Jesse Johnson, with Josh. Jesse shakes her hand and says it’s lucky for him she’s running late, “I had time to learn more about your new co-host here.”
PARTY TIME?
Janet gets Adam onto the truck’s lift and rolls him in to join the curdled cream of Pine Valley society. She smiles as she looks at him lying next to the also unconscious Brooke, Joe and Opal…
