After the train rumbles out of sight, Angie slowly walks back to the depot. For some reason, the train returns to the station. Angie turns and watches as the passengers get off the train. She looks through the smoke as Jesse steps off the train, and the two look at each other. Angie’s face is filled with hope as she walks toward him. Jesse drops his bag and the two run to each other, stopping just a few feet from each other. Angie looks at him, afraid to believe her true love is there in front of her. Tears stream down her cheeks as she asks him to tell her she’s not dreaming, “Is it really you?” Jesse replies, “It’s me, baby, it’s me.” He takes her hand and Angie cries with joy as she goes into his arms. She takes a step back and looks at him as Jesse says he’s missed her. Angie cries that Frankie said he saw him, but… How is this even possible? He was shot—she saw him die! Jesse looks around and tells her they’ve got to go, they can’t stay here. Angie takes his cap off as she says no, she wants to see him. She runs her fingers along his head and cheek, “Oh, my god, it’s you.” Jesse again says they have to go, and she asks where? Telling her to trust him, Jesse picks up his bag and leads her away.

Erica welcomes the crowd to the American Heart Association’s “Go Red for Women Movement” Fashion Show! The proud sponsors of today’s event are Campbell’s and Fusion. They are working together to bring awareness to women’s heart health. The “Go Red for Women Movement” is a nationwide campaign that celebrates the energy, the passion and power of women joining together to fight the number one killer of women, heart disease.
Backstage, Aidan asks Greenlee what Kendall’s big secret is? She tells him he has to swear not to say anything, especially Zach. Aidan asks why? Greenlee says she’s not telling him yet—she might be pregnant! Aidan asks why Kendall doesn’t want Zach to know she’s pregnant? Greenlee isn’t sure. Maybe it’s because she already has two kids, but you’d think if she was pregnant, she’d want the father to know.
Colby is the first model on the runway; she looks radiant as Tad and Krystal cheer for her.
J.R. and Adam arrive, and Adam guesses he can’t wait to find Babe. Is he seriously going to offer up his bone marrow for her psychotic friend? J.R. tells him to save it, adding that Colby’s already up. Adam blows his daughter a kiss, and Colby beams as she waves at them. Colby goes backstage and happily tells Babe that her dad and J.R. are here.
Ava is next up, and blows a kiss to the crowd.
Babe goes to the clothing rack as Amanda notes it’s nice of J.R. to come out from under his rock. Babe says now that she knows he’s here… She takes a dress from the rack, and Amanda protests that’s the dress she’s supposed to wear. “Thanks for switching,” Babe replies. Amanda tells her, “That dress is so not you,” but Babe insists that tonight it is. She wants something from J.R., and this is going to help her get it.
Zach asks Kendall if she’s all right? She says yes, what about him? He said he had to go take care of something? Zach tells her he met Ryan at his office, “He accused me of stealing his life.” Kendall thinks she’s got to go talk to him, but Zach says he’s living in his own world right now, so let him be. He’ll work it out on his own time, with his wife.
Ryan brings Annie a glass of champagne and says Emma looked so beautiful backstage. When she thanks him for being so sweet to Emma, Ryan says she doesn’t have to thank him. He knows that she’s his daughter. Annie knows it can’t be easy, since he can’t remember her. She sees Ryan looking past her, and turns as Ryan catches Kendall’s eye.
Babe asks the hairdresser if she can make her edgier and sexier? When Erica comes backstage during a break in the show, she is greeted by applause, but says the women are the ones who are doing such a great job. She tells Colby she was terrific, and Ava a sight to behold. Jack takes Erica aside and tells her he’d like to know what Samuel Woods is doing here. Erica laughs that he’d better be careful—he’s looking green! Jack says she’s the one that had better be careful around this guy. Greenlee comes up and tells her dad that no groupies are allowed backstage, and Erica is on in ten. Jack tells her to knock ‘em dead, and Erica returns to the runway. She again gives props to Campbell’s and Fusion, adding that a healthy heart beats over 100,000 times a day, and they are campaigning for those 100,000 healthy beats today. But right now, there is someone in their audience who's been campaigning for other good causes, “Ladies and gentlemen, please join me in welcoming U.S. Attorney Samuel Woods.” Jack sighs, “That's right, Erica, do exactly the opposite of what I told you to do. Good God.” Erica announces their next model, Corrina Gonzalez. Not only is she beautiful, but she sings like an angel.
Krystal sees Adam at the bar, and says his giving J.R. that spy ring was just beyond juvenile. When Adam reminds her that she sent J.R. to spy on him, Krystal angrily says he has information on Kate, and she sent J.R. to pull it out of him, because Kate is not just Tad's daughter, she's J.R.'s sister. Tad comes up and asks, “Hi. What am I missing out on over here?” Krystal says Adam has something she wants, and he refuses to give it to her.
Erica announces that their next model is Babe Carey. She starts to describe her dress, but notes that apparently Babe has had a change of heart as to what to wear, “But that's okay because today we're celebrating the heart. And what a choice she's made.” Babe looks stunning in a low-cut silk dress, her hair big, sexy and wild. She smiles as she walks the runway and blows a kiss to J.R.
Greenlee tells Annie she’s almost up, and they’ve just put the finishing touches on Emma. Annie looks again at Kendall, and reluctantly leaves Ryan. Greenlee asks Ryan how it’s going? He sighs it’s every day, another surprise. Annie watches as Greenlee touches his arm and insists it’s going to get better.
To cheers and applause, Erica introduces another Fusion beauty, Amanda Dillon.
