I’LL MISS YOU, TOO…

As a stunned silence fell over the courtroom, Erica assured the judge it was her final decision, to start her six-month sentence today. Kendall pleaded with her mother not to do this! She didn’t want her to go to prison at all, but going this soon was too much, too fast. Kendall confronted Samuel Woods, but Josh led her away, saying she didn’t want to get in trouble, too. Zach told Kendall that her mother had thought this through, and it would be okay. Jack told Erica they were all being a little selfish, “We don’t want you to go.” Erica replied, “I’ll miss you, too.”

Greenlee watched as Erica faced the media and wondered why she always had to drag her dad into her drama? “I wish he would just move on with his life, get rid of her once and for all.”

Aidan told Zach he spoke to Ryan; it was an interesting conversation.

Erica told Kendall this would be a good time to get it all out and tell her the truth about what else happened between her and Ryan in Los Angeles. She didn’t have to give her the details, but don’t keep any secrets form her husband.

I DON’T FEEL SORRY ABOUT ANYTHING I DID…

Annie came to see Richie, who asked if her husband was still stuck in 2004 saying “Annie Who”? Why did she even come here? Annie told him she came to see if he was okay, and tell him she hoped he took this new lease on life and did something good for a change. If not for himself, become a better man for Babe. Richie didn’t feel like he had anything he has to turn around. He didn’t feel sorry about anything he did. As he made several pointed comments about her life and her marriage, Frankie and Colby came in. Colby was annoyed when Frankie criticized her, and asked if he could be a little nicer? “Could you be a little more professional?” he countered.

Before leaving, Annie said she was glad for her brother that he found a match and the transplant went well. She sighed that she should have just said that to begin with and quit while she was ahead.

Richie tossed fitfully in his sleep and had a nightmare about J.R. telling him he could never get rid of him, “I'm inside you. I'm in your veins, I'm in your bones. No, you and me—we’re together forever.”

TIME TO START LIVING IN 2008…

Declaring that it was time to start living in 2008, Ryan went to the penthouse when Annie was out. He looked through their wedding album and other mementos of their life together, committing the details to memory, and noted, “I'm making headway here, Annie. I'm filling in the blanks.”

NO MORE GUNS!

Angie came in as Tad gave Jesse a gun; she exclaimed, “Jesse, no! No more guns. I am not losing you again.” Tad explained that Jesse remembered something about where they held him, and they just wanted to be prepared; this had to be done. He held her, and Angie told him not to dare let make her regret this.

THEY SHOULD BE HERE ANY MINUTE…

Robert looked at the pictures and newspaper articles arranged on a bulletin board and nodded, “Good job, Rafael. Very creative.” Now, Hubbard and his nephew, Tad, had to find the clues that he’d planted in Remy’s date book. They should be here any minute. He left for a date with a very special woman.

THE ERICA TRAIN IS LEAVING THE STATION, AGAIN… Kendall overheard Zach thank Aidan for taking care of Ryan, and worried about what they might have done to him. The men assured her she didn’t have to worry about Mr. Lavery.

TELL ME ABOUT HIM, WILL YOU?

Opal met Robert for drinks, and said he sometimes looked so much like his brother, it just made her skin crawl. She had been having the worst nightmares ever since he came to town. She quickly got over it when Robert ordered good champagne, and he commented that Tad certainly seemed to have made something of himself. When Opal said her Tad had a real good life, Robert asked, “Tell me about him, will you?”

YOU’VE GOT A GOOD LIFE, TOO…

Jesse thought Tad should go—he didn’t sign on for this. He had a good life, a wife and a kid—why would he want to jeopardize that? “Because you’ve got a good life, too,” Tad replied, “And you can’t get to it until we figure out what happened to you.” After checking out several warehouses, Tad and Jesse found the one where Jesse was held years before. Both men pulled out guns when they heard a sound at the door, and almost scared Angie to death. They all turned at a sound behind them.

GIVING IT MY BEST SHOT…

Back in his hotel room, Ryan changed clothes and noted that nobody said he couldn’t have a crib sheet. He looked over his notes again and said he was giving it his best shot, “And I am doing it all for you, Annie.”

Ryan went to the penthouse, ready for their dinner date with Emma and Kathy. Still upset after her encounter with Richie, Annie said not tonight, and closed the door. On opposite sides of the door, both sighed.

NOBODY’S COMING TO GET YOU…

Frankie came into the parking garage to find Colby unable to start her car. He told her it was flooded, but Angie looked under the hood and said someone tried to cut the wire. Frankie laughed that somebody messed with her car? She’d been watching too many trashy horror flicks, “Nobody’s coming to get you.”

ALL I NEEDED TO HEAR…

After hugging her children, Erica was handcuffed; when she said she would be fine, Josh agreed, of course she was, “You’re Erica Kane.” Greenlee told Jack she was thinking that maybe while Erica was away, maybe he could date again? Jack sighed, “Greenlee, sometimes your timing absolutely stinks.”

When Zach assured her that Erica would be fine, Kendall sighed it wasn’t just that, “It’s us. I lied to you.” She came clean about her meeting with Ryan, and Zach thanked her for telling him now. Kendall said she finally got it—Ryan had to figure out his own problems with Annie. She couldn’t fix them. Zach touched her cheek and smiled as he tells her, “That's all I needed to hear.”

I’M ERICA KANE…

Locked in her cell, Erica quietly declared, “I can do this. I’m Erica Kane.”
